While I’m snuggled warm in my Lazy boy, wrapped in my Alabama snuggie, Liz and Sue are running 10 miles in 28 degree weather as part of their training for the 2010 Mercedes Half Marathon. Liz has been doing great on the long runs with her mom. Susan and I are very proud.

Just had my knee surgery this morning. Here is a set of pics from the arthroscope:
The torn area has been chopped out and won’t be bothering me any more.  I can already feel an improvement in my knee.
